5p555 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 5p555 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 5p555 website located at https://5p555.pro, including all games, services, promotions, and content made available through the platform. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 5p555 platform.

By accessing or using the 5p555 platform in any capacity — including browsing without registration, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. Deposits and Withdrawals

Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

5p555's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law. In the event of a dispute between a player and 5p555, we encourage players to contact our customer support team in the first instance, as the majority of issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. 5p555 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 72 hours of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
